The mission of TRIED & TRUE is to financially support the Church of the Brethren Global Food Crisis Fund and the Mennonite Central Committee Generations At Risk HIV/AIDS Fund through the profits of selling donated clothing and housewares.
The Church of the Brethren Global Food Crisis Fund is administered by the Church of the Brethren General Board. Its goals include fighting malnutrition and infant mortality, strengthening the livelihood of orphans and returning refugees, and bolstering the independence and self-worth of the poor.
